2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus travel cot. 1 Double en-suite with high ceilings, exposed beams, Velox windows and fire door opening onto exterior stone steps into farmyard. 1 twin with Velox windows – views over open farmland to Hell’s Mouth. All on 1st floor.
Bathroom on ground floor. Air bath (similar to Jacuzzi) toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
Sitting Room/Kitchen large spacious open plan room with luxury fitted country style kitchen units, split level electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table & chairs to seat 6 plus highchair, electric cast iron stove, 3 piece suite, tv/dvd/video, radio/cd.

- Overlooking the beautiful rolling hillsides and well tended fields of this secluded area of the Lleyn Peninsula near Abersoch, there is a rear enclosed lawn and patio - the perfect setting for just relaxing in or enjoying an evening barbecue at this north Wales cottage.
- Bustling Abersoch 1 1/2 miles away has a range of interesting and independent shops, Spar, a village store, chemist, bank and post office with a facility for withdrawing cash. The nearest fuel station is at Llanbedrog just 2 1/2 miles away. Further shopping can be done at Pwllheli 7 miles away.

- A gentle stroll from the cottage leads to Llangian, one of the prettiest award winning villages on the Peninsula.
- Set on a carefully tended large model working stock farm, the owner's imposing 18th century farmhouse
- is situated at the left of the cottage with an additional cottage on the right.
- This vibrant seaside village has lots of sheltered, sunny niches along its beautiful sandy beach popular with watersports enthusiasts.
- The annual Jazz festival is held in June and the Wakeboarding Festival in July. Many shops and visitor attractions re open all year (with good sales in the shops after the summer) making it a lovely place to holiday in at any time.
- Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) a large, beautiful bay, nearly always uncrowded even in the height of summer, is a short walk away from this north wales cottage, the tip of the Peninsula and the small, secluded beach of Porth Ysgo (N.T.) or Llanbedrog Sands, a fine National Trust beach which is home also to a very good art gallery - light lunches and teas are served in the beach side conservatory café.
- Abersoch, well known for its excellent sailing and surfing facilities, 18 hole golf course and wide variety of good restaurants is close by.
- A country hotel retaurant with superb food and service, mentioned in the Good Food Guide every year since 1957 and holder of two AA rosettes. Dine in style from the delicious array of dishes on offer and enjoy stunning bay views- well worth a visit.
