Kitchen/Sitting Room/Dining Room well appointed kitchen area with fitted units, electric cooker with 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, dark red Laura Ashley 3 piece suite. Dining table and chairs seating 6, high chair, Victorian sideboard.
Utility Room fridge/freezer, washing maching and tumble dryer.
Lounge with Regency style fireplace with electric fire, 1 x 3 seater, 1 x 2 seater sofas, armchair, large matching footstool, large digital flat screen Freeview tv/dvd, radio/cd player, bookshelf with eclectic mixture of reading materials, lots of pictures of local landscapes.

- Fine views across the Menai Straits to Snowdonia from this white-washed cottage set in a country lane edged with high banks.
- In the grounds of Gyfynys Farm, the cottage is surrounded by a large lawned garden with majestic trees and lush park-like farmland.
- The 'L' shaped kitchen/dining/sitting room has an inglenook with sitting area and dining room, a separate stylish lounge and lovely bedrooms, one en- suite – all with excellent views of the countryside and Snowdonia.
- Delightful solid wood garden furniture is ideal for al fresco dining.
- There are more than enough lovely beaches to visit a different one each day of the week, Red Wharf Bay, Traeth Bychan, Lligwy, Dulas Bay, Newborough, Rhosneigr, Cymyran Bay, Church Bay and more.
- Beaumaris nearby withits 13th century castle, imposing Georgian high street with excellent shops and good restaurants must be the prettiest town in North Wales - the Bull Hotel is particularly recommended - and the Forum coffee shop offers Fair Trade coffees, homemade cakes and sandwiches. Stroll along the pier to appreciate the lovely views.Princes Golf Course is nearby.

- Angelsey beaches and coast are classified as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty from the long sandy beaches of Llanddwyn and Red Wharf Bay to the intimate coves of Porth Swtan or Moelfre.
- The Angelsey Coastal Path, which circles the whole island, can be joined at Llangoed and here there are recently opened Woodland Footpaths. A circular walk passes a Norman motte and bailey castle with a wide variety of trees and a diversity of bird and plant life.
- The adventurous in your party might enjoy the thrill of Ropes & Ladders at Llanberis, high activity rope courses suitable for all ages from 4 years to 80 years.
- A 19th C fantasy castle built with the profits from Welsh slate and Jamaican sugar. The castle houses a unique collection of furniture and a private collection of paintings, a dolls museum, extensive Victorian kitchens and lovely gardens.
- The Rock Climbing Company in Trefriw teaches mountain skills to all abilities.
- Invest in a pass and save money when visiting more than one Cadw attraction over three or seven days. Passes can be bought at staffed attractions such as Caernarfon Castle.
- Stroll through Llanfairpwll to see the memorial to Lord Nelson erected in 1873 sculpted by Clarence Paget.
- Be a zoo keeper for a day. Enjoy a hands on experience. Help to clean, feed, handle and muck out animals with the help of trained staff and receive a certificate to show for your efforts.
