Mary Cottage is a delight. This historic home right beside the Gatehouse and Bell Tower of St Davids Cathedral stands in the tiny city’s treasured conservation area.
It is deceptively spacious, full of period charm, decorated with style and offers every comfort. The additional sun room opening onto the south facing patio and sheltered garden is a real bonus.
Being right in the heart of St Davids means nearly everything you would need for a fulfilling holiday is within walking distance, shops, galleries, cafes, pubs, restaurants, ticket offices for boat trips, TYF adventure activity provider, Oriel y Parc tourist information centre and just a little further down the lane is Caerfai Bay a jewel of a sandy cove accessed via the coast path and a steep flight of steps cut into the sea cliff.
Visitors are always welcome to explore the splendid Cathedral, attend services, browse its shops and enjoy refreshments in The Refectory. An annual Music Festival hosts a feast of classical and contemporary music concerts over 10 days during May and June.
St Davids is a wonderful base from which to explore St Davids Peninsula and Pembrokeshire highlights.
