3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 5 plus travel cot on request. 2 double bedrooms, 1 single all on 1st floor

Bedlinen and towels provided.

Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, (shower over) toilet and washbasin.

Cloak Room on ground floor with toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen fitted pale wooden units, split level electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Lounge/Diner dining table and chairs seating 6 plus high chair. Fireplace with living flame gas fire, 1 x 2 seater, 1 x 3 seater, sofas, 1 sea grass chair, Freeview tv, ipod docking station, ample supply of DVDs and games. 1 sea grass chair, patio doors to small seating area overlooking Marina.

Retreat on 2nd floor reached via spiral staircase from master bedroom, 2 seater sofa,bean bag, round wicker chair.

Fuel gas central heating inclusive May – September £15 per week outside these dates.

Grounds small enclosed private patio area with wooden table and chairs. small seating area with wrought iron table and 2 chairs overlooking Marina Please take great care with toddlers on the Marina.

Parking for 1 car outside property, additional parking in large communal parking areaclose by.
