2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4, 2 double bedrooms on first floor (under eaves with sloping ceilings) both with alarm clock/radios. (Sorry, no children under 9). Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom on first floor full suite, shower over bath. (Sloping ceilings, restricted headroom)
Kitchen/Diner/Living Room delightful and ingenious open plan design, well-appointed, delightful views across lawn and estuary. Electric hob, microwave, fridge. Table and chairs, 3 piece suite, tv. For al-fresco dining guests will appreciate the pergola terrace
Grounds a terraced patio area with barbecue and garden furniture. Unenclosed lawn overlooking estuary.
Parking for 2 cars.
Fuel electric night storage heating all inclusive beginning May to end September. Outside these dates £15 per week.

- The open plan ground floor has been cleverly designed to incorporate a stylish white fitted kitchen, honey coloured circular pine table and pretty ladder back chairs and a comfortable sitting area with smart leather sofas.

- The Teifi Estuary is renowned for its beauty, boating facilities and wildlife. Otter and wetlands nature reserve nearby
- Wonderful walks along the foreshore - look out for pods of Dolphins at the mouth of the Teifi Estuary feeding on migrating salmon
- Sailing and fishing on the doorstep of your holiday cottage in Cardigan Bay
- Golf and squash nearby and half a dozen beaches, coves and harbours within 15 mins drive
- Felindre Fach is the location of an Iron age fort dating to 600 BC. Buildings have been reconstructed on the original foundations.Visit the award winning turf roofed education centre and enjoy guided tours, family events and fascinating walks.
- Pay once at Henllan station and ride all day. Request stops at Forest Halt, Pontprenshitw (short walk to waterfall).
- Cenarth is a picturesque village with the Teifi river tumbling through the centre and under an ancient stone bridge. Look out for leaping salmon in autumn. There is a pleasant riverside walk and the National Coracle Centre is located here. There is a choice of places to eat and drink. Why not complete your visit with a trip to Coracles Health and Country Club where the 'pay as you go' facilities include heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and a fitness suite.
- Located at Teifi Wharf in Cardigan a full range of activities on and around the river include canoeing in Teifi Gorge, coasteering in the Witches Cauldron or sea kayaking around Cardigan Island. Look out for dolphins.
- The beautiful little cove Cwm Tydu once a smuggler's haunt is now owned by the National Trust and has achieved a Seaside Award Rural Beach. Drop in at the Terrace Cafe where you can enjoy a delicious snack whilst over looking this secluded little gem.
- Aberaeron Craft Centre houses 18 craft work shops on one site in tastefully converted farm buildings. You are sure to find something of interest here.
- A mystical magical landscape peppered with iron age ruins, stone circles, walks, views and source of the Blue Stone used to construct Stonehenge. Why not don your walking boots and go exploring.
- Up to 4 rods are reserved per day for visitors. Permits are available from Llys y Fran Reservoir's Visitors Centre.
