• Nolton Haven's sheltered sandy cove is a 5 minute stroll away down a country lane from this family friendly, well furnished split level holiday home.
• The open plan kitchen (recently refurbished to a high standard) leads into the living area with log burning stove, comfy sofas and enormous floor to ceiling windows which overlook extensive private lawns to the valley beyond.
• Patio doors open onto private gardens, part wild and part mown, bordered by a stream - ideal for games, picnics and lazy days.

• Druidstone Haven Hotel perched on a cliff top - good bar food, live music most weeks and spectacular views overlooking a beautiful sandy beach - and all of St Brides Bay are only a short drive away.
• Broad Haven 3 miles away has an excellent minimarket and post office. More extensive shopping can be done in Haverfordwest - banks, post office, supermarkets, filling stations, chemist, doctor, vet and Farmers Markets every other Friday - excellent local produce

• Inland discover the ancient Preseli Hills - heather coated moors dotted with `cromlechs' to roam - cyclists can explore the gentle rolling foothills along little wooded lanes and bridleways all within an easy drive of this Holiday Cottage close to beach at Nolton Haven.

• The smallest city in Great Britain is surrounded by rural views with a backdrop of rocky outcrops. There is a selection of individual and interesting shops as well as places to eat and drink and a beautiful Cathedral.

• Constructed between1180 - 1182 in transitional Norman style from fine grained purple Cambrian sandstone and has been the focus of pilgrimage and worship for hundreds of years - 3 pilgrimages to St Davids equalled 1 to Rome in the middle ages! The Cathedral is well worth a visit in these days - three shops to browse as well as an excellent Refectory serving delicious light lunches and snacks.

• Voyages of Discovery will take you on an exhilerating high speed trip around Ramsey Island to see marine wildlife such as seabirds, seals and dolphins.

• A fun trip for all the family 1 hour to catch as much mackeral as you can.
• Shore fishing from the rocks and beaches around St Davids is arguably some of the best in Wales. Remember to pack your favourite seafood recipes.
