Coastal cottage with panoramic views

Panoramic views to the coastline towards Abermawr, Aberbach and the headland of Mynydd Morfa on the horizon from the sunny conservatory and garden of this charming barn conversion.

In peaceful countryside in a cluster of 3 cottages at the end of a long narrow bumpy track, the cottage has a multi-fuel stove in the comfortable sitting room which retains some of its original features, including a beamed ceiling.

The dellightful dining area has a sky light window above the oval pine table with country chairs for 4 and a Welsh dresser filled with pretty china.

Enjoy breakfast in the fully fitted beamed kitchen with dual aspect windows and views.

A bright and airy conservatory is comfortably furnished and enjoys lovely country views.

There is a 'secret' garden at the side and a large paddock at the front of the cottage, shared with the owners of one of the other cottages.7

Fishguard Harbour Town

Fishguard 6 miles away has a range of amenities including banks, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, filling station, chemist, doctor, vet and interesting independent shops. A Farmer's Market is held every Saturday in the town hall - excellent local produce.

St Nicholas & Melin Tregwynt

St Nicholas is a pretty village with an interesting ancient Church – part of the Saints & Stones tour of the Pilgrim Ways of Pembrokeshire and close by is Melin Tregwynt – famous for its exclusive 100% woollen range of blankets, throws and cushions all designed and woven here in Wales and sold worldwide.

Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, Pwll Deri

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is within a mile – spectacular coastal walking with wild flowers galore, fabulous sea views and wonderful marine and bird life.

Priskilly Golf Course & St Davids Golf Club

Priskilly Golf Course - a 9 hole 'gem' set in glorious countryside is a short drive away - players and beginners are always welcome. The challenging links course at St Davids is within a 25 minute drive - fabulous unrivalled coastal views.

Fishguard is a small market town with a range of eating and drinking places, individual shops and a Farmers Market (every Saturday in the summer and twice monthly during the rest of the year).Lonely Planet Guide of 2010 describes Fishguard as a 'great destination' and an internationally renowned Music Festival, now in its 40th year, is held here annually in late July.
