  • Patio doors open from the sitting room and the smart combined kitchen/ dining room onto decking and an enclosed rear garden - lovely and sheltered and ideal for alfresco dining.
  • The master bedroom has a stunning feature window with lovely views.
  • Set in the small, ancient hilltop village of Mathry where there is a friendly local just a 3 minute walk - The Farmers Arms - good bar food - a craft/gift shop and a Church.

  • Follow winding country lanes to Aberbach and Abermawr (National Trust) sand and shingle coves (dogs welcome all year round) and the Pembrokeshire National Park Coast Path - wonderful cliff top walking, bird watching, swimming, watersports, boat trips, seal, porpoise and dolphin spotting, hedgerows ablaze with wild flowers and a wonderful night sky for star gazing!
  • Abercastle is a quaint little fishing harbour with boat launching facilities and 1/4m away along the Coastal Path is Carreg Samson cromlech, an impressive prehistoric burial chamber.

Sitting Room 2 x 3 seater sofas, Freeview tv/dvd, I-pod docking station, cd/radio, glass doors to dining room and patio doors & 2 steps down to decking and garden.

Utility Room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Toilet and wash hand basin on ground floor.

Grounds small enclosed rear lawn with lovely views. Decked area with garden furniture.

Fuel central heating inclusive May - September, £30 per week outside these dates. Logs for stove available during Christmas period.
