Sitting Room 2 x 3 seater leather sofas, Freeview tv/dvd, I-pod docking station, cd/radio, glass doors to dining room and patio doors & 2 steps down to decking and garden.

Utility Room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Grounds small enclosed rear lawn with lovely views. Decked area with garden furniture.

Fuel central heating & logs for stove inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates.

Please do not smoke indoors

• Set in the small, ancient hilltop village of Mathry where there is a friendly local just a 3 minute walk – The Farmers Arms – good bar food - a craft/gift shop and a Church.

• Follow winding country lanes to Aberbach and Abermawr (National Trust) sand and shingle coves and the Pembrokeshire National Park Coast Path – wonderful cliff top walking, bird watching, swimming, watersports, boat trips, seal, porpoise and dolphin spotting, hedgerows ablaze with wild flowers and a wonderful night sky for star gazing!

• Abercastle is a quaint little fishing harbour with boat launching facilities and 1/4m away along the Coastal Path is Carreg Samson cromlech, an impressive prehistoric burial chamber.

• Beginners and experts alike are welcome at the nearby Priskilly Golf Course and restaurant where there is an excellent 19th hole! Delightful forest and riverside walks for non players.

• MelinTregwnyt is also nearby – famous world wide for its beautiful Welsh woven cloth and a visit to Workshop Wales Gallery for lovers of local art and craft - painting, sculptures, carvings and beautiful small bronzes – is a real treat.

• Eat in - try a gourmet take away from Cottage Caterers – or out at any of the excellent local restaurants - The Sloop Inn and Shed Bistro in Porthgain, The Harp Inn and Somethings Cooking (award winning fish & chip restaurant) in Letterston.

• The Cwtch and Samplers Tea Room, which has a fascinating small basement museum, are both in St Davids with its fabulous medieval Cathedral and small gift/art galleries.
