3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6, plus travel cot. 1 double ( glorious views through feature window), 2 twins, all on 1st floor.

Bathroom with full suite on 1st floor.

Towels provided.

Wet Room on ground floor.

Kitchen/Dining Room smart fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven.microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs seating 6. Highchair on request. Patio doors & 2 steps down to decking and garden.

Sitting Room 2 x 3 seater leather sofas, Freeview tv/dvd, I-pod docking station, cd/radio, glass doors to dining room and patio doors & 2 steps down to decking and garden.

Utility Room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Grounds small enclosed rear lawn with lovely views. Decked area with garden furniture.

Fuel central heating & logs for stove inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates.

Please do not smoke indoors

  • The master bedroom has a stunning feature window with lovely views.
  • Set in the small, ancient hilltop village of Mathry where there is a friendly local just a 3 minute walk – The Farmers Arms – good bar food - a craft/gift shop and a Church.
 
Abermawr & Aberbach
  • Follow winding country lanes to Aberbach and Abermawr (National Trust) sand and shingle coves and the Pembrokeshire National Park Coast Path – wonderful cliff top walking, bird watching, swimming, watersports, boat trips, seal, porpoise and dolphin spotting, hedgerows ablaze with wild flowers and a wonderful night sky for star gazing!
 
Abercastle
  • Abercastle is a quaint little fishing harbour with boat launching facilities and 1/4m away along the Coastal Path is Carreg Samson cromlech, an impressive prehistoric burial chamber.
 
Priskilly Golf Course - Family owned and managed
  • Beginners and experts alike are welcome at the nearby Priskilly Golf Course and restaurant where there is an excellent 19th hole! Delightful forest and riverside walks for non players.
