Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin on 1st floor.

Kitchen/Dining Room fully fitted luxury kitchen with integral cooker (electric oven and gas hob), larder fridge, microwave, dishwasher, central island/breakfast bar with 2 stools. Step down to dining room with dining table and chairs seating 6, 2 seater sofa and armchair.

Utility Room with washing machine and freezer.

Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

  • In the heart of rural Cardiganshire, the cottage is in the hamlet of Bwlchygroes, a short drive from the Cardigan Bay Marine Heritage Coast.
  • Ffostrasol is within a mile , a small village where there is a shop and a former coaching inn, The Ffostrasol Arms, now famous for its good bar food – do try Betty’s Sunday lunch (advance booking necessary!).
  • ‘La Calabria’ is also within a mile, an Italian restaurant ‘ renowned for its authentic Italian cooking combined with fresh Welsh produce.
  • Teifi Valley Cheese, an award winning cheese maker who supplies its cheese to Harrods is close by at the end of a valley a mile walk or a drive down a narrow,country track.

  • Llangrannog, a pretty coastal village, Cwmtydu (N.T.),the haunt of smugglers in bygone days and the bustling sea side town of New Quay – once home to Dylan Thomas are all within an easy drive. Walk the Dylan Thomas Trail along streets thought to be the inspiration for ‘Under Milk Wood’.
