2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4, plus cot. 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom with full suite and shower over bath Towels provided
Kitchen country style with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine. Table and chairs to seat 4. Highchair.
Conservatory off kitchen with cane furniture.
Lounge a cosy room with stone fireplace, electric fire, 3 piece suite, tv, dining suite. Long low window with window seat.
Grounds enclosed, with lovely garden, lawns and walk down to river, care with small children.
Fishing available. Garden furniture, barbecue.
Parking for 2 cars.
Fuel gas central heating £40 per week Oct to May, outside these dates £40 per week payable to owner if required.

- Set at the entrance of Cwm Pennant, one of the most enchanting valleys - walk here and be enraptured by the peace and beauty.
- Drive your car directly onto this sprawling sandy beach - ideal for the elderly and infirm. The beach is popular with bathers, watersports enthusiasts for boating and fishing.
- The busy little harbour town of Porthmadog just 4 miles away has a good range of local amenities including banks, post office, internet cafe, chemist, doctors surgery, vetinary surgery, filling station and supermarkets. It is also home to the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways.

- Do experience the thrill of a fast boat trip out to Bardsey Island with Enlli Sea Safaris. See the largest population of sheerwaters in Britain as well as many other bird and seal populations. The boat leaves from Aberdaron on the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula
- A high level adventurous journey through the trees at Trefriw whilst negotiating obstacles - great fun but not for the faint hearted.
- See the only breeding pair of ospreys in Wales surrounded by amazing Snowdonia views.
- Do call in at Snowdon's Honey Farm & Winery at Llanfrothen and try some free samples. Relax and drink tea in the tea garden while you decide which delicious honey products to buy or call in at the shop in Llanberis.
- Ideally located at this holiday cottage near Criccieth and Porthmadog for excellent hill walking in Wales.
- Castle Cottage at Harlech is a recommended restaurant with a reputation for good food. Local seasonal produce including seafood is used to create delicious dishes.

- Padarn Country Park has 800 acres of countryside, lake and woodland crisscrossed with delightful walking opportunities.
