3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 plus cot. Master bedroom with 6’ bed, en-suite shower room (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle) with sauna. 1 double bedroom (5’ bed) and 1 twin bedroom.
Bedlinen & towels provided.
Bathroom with roll top claw foot bath, shower cubicle, toilet & washbasin.
Kitchen luxury fitted units with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, freezer, washer/dryer. Door to enclosed garden.
Sitting/dining room large, comfy leather corner suite, armchair, 42” Freeview tv/dvd. oak dining table and 8 leather high backed chairs and highchair. Doors open from here on to farm courtyard.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates. Initial basket of logs for wood-burning stove provided free thereafter to be paid for.
Grounds small enclosed garden with patio, lawn, barbecue and garden furniture. Small terrace opening onto farm courtyard.

About this cottage:
- Luxuriously furnished and equipped this newly renovated stone barn is set on a small family farm in the heart of Pembrokeshire’s lush countryside.
- The master bedroom has an en-suite sauna for 2 and the spacious sitting/dining room has a high vaulted ceiling, oak floor, luxurious corner leather suite, wide screen digital tv and a wood-burning stove – luxury and comfort all year round.
- The farm has been in the same family for 3 generations and you are welcome to feed the chickens and collect delicious fresh eggs for your breakfast!
- Fishguard 8 miles away has a range of amenities including banks, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, fuel station, chemist, doctor, vet and interesting independent shops. A Farmer's Market is held every Saturday in the town hall - excellent local produce.
- At the end of a 200 yd farm track and surrounded by Pembrokeshire’s rolling countryside this is an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of today.
- The magical Preseli Hills are nearby, dotted with Bronze and Iron age remains and criss-crossed by a maze of ancient tracks and drovers roads – wonderful gentle hill walking with spectacular sea views from the hill tops.
- The Pembrokeshire coast with its coastal path, fabulous beaches, small seaside villages and quaint harbours is an easy drive away along country lanes lined with hedgebanks a profusion of colour in late spring and early summer.
- Trekking, trail riding, pub rides, 'own a pony for a day' and lessons from half to one hour. Great fun for the whole family,
- A horseshoe of soft silvery sand backed by cliffs with lots of rock pools to explore. Enjoy light snacks or delicious meals, including fresh local seafood, in the Old Sailors Inn believed to have been in business for over 500 years, just yards from the beach. - Small shingle & pebble beach with sand at low tide facing north east. Easy access via concrete ramp for boat launching. This pretty coastal village is dominated by the storm ruined remains of St Brynach church standing along the shore as a reminder of the great 1859 tempest.
- Boats leave from St Justinians (tickets bought in St Davids), Martins Haven and Neyland Marina to visit the magnificent off shore bird islands and for scenic coastal cruises to spot seals, dolphins, porpoise and other marine wildlife.
- Llys y Fran Country Park has more than 300 acres of park and wooded valleys surrounding the 2 mile reservoir - the largest game fishery in South West Wales with mixed rainbow and wild brown trout.
- There are picnic sites, a 7.5m circular trail for walkers and cyclists around the lake with lots of wild and bird life – badgers, foxes, otters, sparrowhawk, buzzard and woodpeckers as well as little gulls and black tern on the lake.
- Mountain bikes and fishing boats can be hired and you can also use your own sailing boat, canoes or sail boards by arrangement with the Visitor Centre where there is a gift shop and restaurant open every day from mid March to the end of October.
- Haverfordwest, the county town with its individual shops, Castle and a challenging 18 hole golf course on the outskirts is within an easy drive.
- Scolton Manor & Country Park near Haverfordwest, surrounded by 60 acres of parkland, is a Victorian country house, now a museum providing a fascinating insight into times gone by – both upstairs and downstairs!
- Tafarn Sinc in the Preseli Hills is the highest licensed inn in the Pembrokeshire National Park – enjoy good home cooked food, a warm welcome and the ‘Hwyl of the Hills’ and at nearby Letterston is the famous fish & chip restaurant and take-away ‘Somethings Cooking’
- Britain's smallest city with a magnificent Cathedral nestled at its heart. The village city is full of interesting shops, galleries, crafts and a choice of places to eat and drink. Do take the opportunity to book a memorable boat trip to the spectacular off lying bird islands.
- Narberth is a bustling old market town full of interesting shops, antiques, crafts and a choice of places to eat and drink. There is a free car park.
