3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 plus cot. 1 family room with double and single bed, 1 double and 1 single.
Bedlinen provided.
Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. All on 1st floor.
Bathroom on ground floor with full suite and shower over bath, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Kitchen stylish ‘Shaker’ style fitted kitchen with electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, folding breakfast table and chairs to seat 4, plus high chair.
Lounge/Diner 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, armchair, t/dvd, wood burning stove, dining table and chairs to seat 6.
Fuel starter pack of coal and logs, oil central heating inclusive May to September, £20 per week outside these dates.
Grounds medium sized unenclosed garden (glimpses of the sea in the distance) on several levels with steep grassy banks and drops onto concrete in parts - not suitable for toddlers and small children. Patio and garden furniture.
Parking for 2-3 cars – entrance is via a steep driveway and a sloping, winding path from the gravelled parking area leads up to the cottage.

About this cottage:
- Pembrokeshire Coast National Park cottage set on a hillside near to Ceibwr Cove with extensive, far reaching views.
- Catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance from the terraced garden (steep in parts and not suitable for small children and toddlers) through the treetops over the inland valley and scattered roofs of the small hamlet of Moylegrove.
- A bright ‘ Shaker’ style kitchen and a lounge/diner with an open log/coal fire make this a warm and welcoming home for holidays at any time of the year.
- Cardigan 5 miles away has a range of amenities includng bank, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, filling station, chemist, doctor, vet, indoor market and interesting independent shops.
- All year round short breaks are available at Plas Bach . Please phone for availability and price.
- Ceibwr Cove, just a mile away, has spectacular scenery and is surrounded by some of the highest cliffs in Pembrokeshire, rising to some 500 ft above sea level - diving, canoeing and long boat rowing all take place from the beach and basking Atlantic grey seals can often be seen.
- Do visit the Witches Cauldron - about a mile walk south along the coast - this has fabulous scenery with a cave, blow-hole and arch.
- St Dogmaels (the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path ) has a Heritage Centre with an internationally important collection of early inscribed Christian Celtic stones, a ruined 12th century Abbey and a working water mill - Y Felin - one of only 2 in Wales. Enjoy a guided tour and watch flour being ground and sample the mouth watering home made produce on offer in the team room.
- Lots to see and do in this lovely area - walk the Coastal Path, play a round of golf at the links golf course at Newport (visitors welcome) try pony trekking in the Preseli Hills or visit the many craft workshops and art galleries.
- A drive through meandering country lanes, the hedgerows ablaze with wild flowers in the early summer, will lead you to the many, varied coves and beaches in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and to the north around the Heritage Coast of Cardigan Bay.
- The Teifi Valley, reputedly one of the most beautiful river valleys in Britain, has picturesque towns and villages as well as glorious countryside to explore from your holiday base in this Pembrokeshire Coast National Park cottage.
- The Cardigan theatre has recently undergone a £7 million redevelopment and now offers superb facilities such as 2 auditoria, cinema, gallery, cafe bar and shop. Do look up what is on and enjoy a night out.
- A multi function space with exhibitions, gifts and a cafe serving freshly prepared lunches and cakes. Why not combine your trip with a visit to the ruined St Dogmaels Abbey founded in 1120 for Tiron monks and elevated to abbey status in 1120.
- A 100 metre slope which is floodlit to facilitate evening skiing. Free beginners lessons on Sundays. Book to avoid disappointment
- Try your luck. The Teifi is arguably the finest mixed game fishery in England and Wales.
- Rock fishing at Strumble Head is good for mackeral on float tackle, sharks sometimes follow also congers, huss, pollack and wrasse. Good luck. Mackeral is delicious cooked on the barbeque. Remeber to put the white wine to chill.
- Keen fit walkers will enjoy the challenge of this tough 14 mile walk in wild surroundings. Cemaes Head is probably the best place for seal pup spotting.
- There is much to enjoy near this Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park Cottage. The surrounding coastline is all protected by the National Park. The walkers coastal bus service can vastly expand the range of coast you can explore. The hinterland of the Preseli Hills & Teifi Valley are both a must to explore.
