3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6, plus cot, 1 double on ground floor (king size bed, tv/video, skylights to watch the stars through, door to front garden), 1 double and 1 twin on 1st floor.

Bedlinen and towels provided.

Bathroom (off lounge) on ground floor, Victorian free standing bath with hand-held shower over, toilet, washbasin and open fireplace.

Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, toilet, washbasin.

Dining/Kitchen fitted country style kitchen with electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, circular table seating 6, pine settle, cd. French windows to garden.

Utility Room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and door to garden.

Sitting Room (2 steps up from dining/kitchen) beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace with multi-fuel stove, 2 & 3 seater sofas, tv/dvd/video/cd and glazed double doors to dining/kitchen.

Fuel oil central heating all inclusive May - September outside these dates £35 per week, starter pack of coal and logs.

Grounds rear terrace and garden with barbecue, table and chairs, steps down to lawn. Small open plan front garden.

Private Parking for 1 car in garage. Offloading/access area only outside cottage. Additional parking 50 yds away on village road.
