3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus travel cot. 2 doubles , 1 bedroom with bunk beds all on ground floor.

Kitchen country style with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, table and chairs seating 4. Highchair.
Lounge with stunning sea views, 3 piece suite, flat screen tv/dvd. patio doors to garden. Steps down to:-

- The tidal estuary is paradise for bird watchers and for golfers, there is a challenging links golf course.

- Do take the opportunity to leave your car behind and make use of the excellent Poppit Rocket bus service. The 405 runs between Cardigan and Newport via the coastal beaches and villages.
- A day out to the Cambrian Mountains offers a wonderful undulating landscape between 1500 and 2000 feet. An area of outstanding natural beauty punctuated with streams, waterfalls, scenic wooded valleys, gorges, lakes, villages, farms and sporadic evidence of long lost industry.
- This annual festival celebrates the food grown and prepared around the Teifi river.
- This bustling little market town on the Teifi river is well worth a visit to browse the wide range of shops, indoor market, gallery, castle and heritage centre. It also has a boat club and the vibrant theatre Mwldan.
