  • Just above the rocky little inlet at Porth Colmon this is a recently renovated ancient barn with its own large private garden adjacent to but completely independent of Porth Colmon House.
  • There is a cosy sitting room with open beamed ceiling, and an integral seat built into the wall.
  • The spacious kitchen diner has an open beamed ceiling with roof sky lights flooding the room with light. There are pine fitted cupboards and a farmhouse style table and chairs.
  • Bright light bedrooms are comfortably furnished with delightful iron bedsteads and charming little cottage windows.
  • Convenience store just two min walk (open seasonally). The neighbouring villages of Morfa Nefyn and Nefyn 6 miles away have between them a range of local amenities including bank, post office, library with internet facilities, supermarket, grocery store with a proper butchers counter as well as fresh fruit& vegetables, chemist, doctor and a filling station.

  • A short walk away is a beautiful sandy beach and the Coastal Path which winds along past little unique coves and hidden beaches.
