Kitchen/Diner on ground floor luxury fitted kitchen units, integrated electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine. Dining area with circular table seating 4. French doors to patio and garden.

Sitting Room on 1st floor with 2 x 3 three seater sofas. Freeview tv/video,dvd video, radio. Stylish desk and chair.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September £30 per week outside these dates.

Grounds small unenclosed garden around the back and side of cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Care with toddlers please, low wall with drop on one side.

About this cottage:

• Just above the little hamlet of Penmon, close to the remains of a 13th Century Priory, this delightful cottage has been meticulously renovated.
• On the ground floor the bedrooms are luxuriously appointed and the shower room with its extra large cubicle has a very smart pink granite floor!

• The 1st floor long sitting room is full of light and colour with picture windows in the gable end - fabulous views of the Menai Straits across to the mainland and views in all directions from the long Velux windows.
• Set in the grounds of a small guest house.

• The Anglesey Coastal Path can be joined just outside the cottage - an ideal way to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty.

• A short 10 minute walk away are 3 lovely beaches, magical White Beach, historic Penmon Beach or Lleiniog Beach both the latter have stunning views across to the mainland.

• Join the woodland walk at Lleiniog - a perfect habitat for breeding birds, see and listen to the willow warbler, chiff chaff, robin, song thrush and blackbird.

• Perhaps the prettiest town in North Wales with its romantic 13th Century castle, beautiful medieval and Georgian houses, Victorian pier, excellent restaurants and stylish shops is a short drive away.
• Starider Boat Trips leave Beaumaris Pier to enjoy marine wildlife and breathtaking scenery. You can also arrange a fishing trip with an experienced skipper to help you.

• This unique narrow gauge rail journey operates between Porthmadog and Caernarfon. Allow some time to explore each of the interesting towns at either end of your excursion. The Caernarfon train leaves from near Caernarfon Castle. It passes through the foothills of Snowdon, climbs up to Rhyd Ddu before zigzagging steeply down to Beddgelert moving through breathtaking scenery all the way.

• Visit the gallery at Llangefni to enjoy the work of celebrated Welsh artist Kyffin Williams inspired by rural Welsh landscapes and people.
