- Once home to a quarryman, now completely rebuilt and extended using original stone and slate.
- Cosy open plan sitting /dining/kitchen has a large stone inglenook with a multifuel stove, comfortable sofas, elegant throws and a luxurious fitted cream kitchen.
- Secluded rear patio with stylish garden furniture, pots and climbers - a peaceful spot for relaxing on a long summer’s evening.
- The white kitchen with range style double cooker is spacious enough to enjoy meals around the rectangular dining table with chairs for 4.
- Winter Short Breaks available.
- Llanberis is a thriving village at the other end of the Lake with all local amenities such as bank, internet cafe, chemist, Spar, post office, filling station, and doctors surgery. There are larger supermarkets at Caernarfon 5 miles away. There is the Welsh Slate Museum, Edison Mission Energy’s Electric Mountain and the terminus for the famous Snowdon Mountain Railway.
- Caernarfon with its impressive castle (World Heritage Listed site) is within an easy drive and Betws y Coed is less than half an hour’s journey over the dramatic Llanberis Pass.
- Beach lovers are spoiled for choice by Anglesey’s many fine coves, harbours and beaches – drive through the breathtaking countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula to Dinas Dinlle with its long stretch of golden sands – many and varied things to discover and enjoy from this Llanberis holiday Cottage.
- Penrhyn Castle (National Trust) in Llandegai is a 19th C fantasy castle built with the profits from Welsh slate and Jamaican sugar. The castle has spectacular contents and grounds, magnificent views, Victorian kitchens, dolls museum, railway museum and an adventure playground.
- A picturesque Italianate village built to show how a naturally beautiful site could be developed. There are shops, gardens, cafes, a hotel for fine dining and a delightful waterside walk. Look out for the Portmeirion pottery shop.
- Well known for its tight fairways and well guarded greens, this 9 hole course bosts spectacular views of the Conwy Valley and Snowdonia. The club house offers full meals or snacks and open events are very popular with visitors.
- Probably one of Wales' most beautiful waterfalls. The falls are located behind the village of Abergwyngregyn. Walk towards Bont Newydd, cross over the bridge and take one of the two paths there. The nearest is the easiest. Walk on through the forest plantation, over a style and ahead of you will be the falls. You can get down to the falls but take care it is rough going. Once there the power and noise are overwhelming. An experience not to be missed.

- The Cambrian Angling Association offer day, week and season tickets available from game fishing lakes and rivers. Try your luck.
- Shore fishing at Dinas Dinlle yields bass, codling, flounder and smoothhound on high or low tide. Fishing is particularly good after west or south west storms. Remember to pack youir favourite seafood recipes.
- Caernarfon Airworld is an interactive air museum offering pleasure flights. See your holiday home from a very different perspective.
- An exciting venue for the whole family. Wales' largest marine aquarium has over 150 species in carefully recreated coastline. Children will love the Bone Free Zone, Shark Pool, Big Fish Forest and Shipwreck.
- There are many things to enjoy near this Snowdonia holiday cottage. The highlight must be a train ride to the top of Snowdon.
