2 cots, stairgate and pram available. Bedlinen provided.

Sitting/Dining Room ‘L’ shaped room with comfortable seating for 4, 32” Sky 3D HD tv (bring your own glasses), dvd player/recorder for films, video player/recorder, PS2 game console (for your own games) music centre. Dining table and chairs seating 6.

Library/Snug off lounge with comfortable armchair, shelves with lots of books, cds, dvds and videos. French doors to garden

WIFI internet (unlimitied download for movies etc.)

Fuel electric underfloor heating on ground floor, gas central heating on 1st floor inclusive May to Sept - £35 per week outside these dates.

Grounds rear private ‘Italian’ style rear ‘Welsh slate walled’ patio with potted garden. Raised lawn (reached by 8 steps) with fabulous views over bay and surrounding fields and woodland. Garden furniture and gas barbecue. Front morning sitting area with 2 loungers. Help yourself to the fruit when in season.

Private Parking for 2 cars – motion activated security lighting.

Delivery of foodstuff (groceries, meats, bread, etc.) - phone in the morning & delivery by late afternoon from local shops - including organic foods.

Please do not smoke indoors.

  • Walk across fields to Wisemans Bridge - a beach for those who like their seaside a bit more interesting with large rocks and golden sands washed by rolling waves.
  • Rehearsals for the D-Day Landings were held on the beach and Churchill himself dined at the Wisemans Bridge Inn overlooking the beach which still serves excellent food and drink.

  • At the western end of the beach is an old railway tunnel with a footpath to the quiet sandy beach at Coppet Hall and then onto the fishing village of Saundersfoot with its golden sands, bustling harbour, shops, restaurants, and pubs.
