Delivery of foodstuff (groceries, meats, bread, etc.) - phone in the morning & delivery by late afternoon from local shops - including organic foods.

Coastal holiday home near Wisemans Bridge, Amroth & Saundersfoot, South Pembrokeshire

Fabulous sea views across the grassy headland to the sea, Saundersfoot Bay and Gower Peninsula beyond from this pretty cottage.

One of a pair in a tranquil location at the end of a ‘no through road’, the cottage has been stylishly renovated and is furnished and equipped throughout to high residential standards

Porcelain tiled floors with underfloor heating on the ground floor, a striking blue and red kitchen with a ‘porthole’ window, French doors to patio, luxury leather furniture, hand-made solid oak furniture and oiled oak floors in the bedrooms.

Saundersfoot (1.5 m) has a range of amenities including bank, post office, internet access in the library, Spar supermarket, butcher, wine shop, farm shop, filling station (in Pentlepoir), chemist, doctor and vet.

Wisemans Bridge

Walk across fields to Wisemans Bridge - a beach for those who like their seaside a bit more interesting with large rocks and golden sands washed by rolling waves.

Rehearsals for the D-Day Landings were held on the beach and Churchill himself dined at the Wisemans Bridge Inn overlooking the beach which still serves excellent food and drink.

Saundersfoot beachside village

At the western end of the beach is an old railway tunnel with a footpath to the quiet sandy beach at Coppet Hall and then onto the fishing village of Saundersfoot with its golden sands, bustling harbour, shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Amroth

Amroth, in the opposite direction, is a small seaside resort where the 186 mile Pembrokeshire long distance trail and Coastal Path begins. This pretty little seaside village with its wonderful expanse of gently shelving sands, restaurants, pubs and gift shops is popular with families.

Family fun at Oakwood, Folly Farm, Heatherton, Blue Lagoon Water Park and Dinosaur Park

Lots of activities to enjoy nearby and for family days out visit Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, Heatherton Country Park, Blue Lagoon Water Park, the Dinosaur Park and garden lovers and children will enjoy exploring the lovely Colby Woodland Gardens (NT).

Colby Woodland Garden (NT)

Famous for its rhododendrons, magnolias, camelias and azaleas underplanted with bluebells the 8 acre garden has many delightful woodland walks, a walled garden, a National Trust shop and an excellent cafe.

Tenby near coastal holiday cottage

A picturesque walled town with a variety of interesting shops, galleries, crafts and a choice of places to eat & drink and three glorious sandy beaches all awarded with Blue Flags. The town's museum and art gallery are located on the site of the old castle. There is a pretty harbour from where the trip boats leave for Caldey Island.

Caldey Island Boat Trips

Home to Cistercian monks for a thousand years. They farm the land , produce perfume, shortbread and chocolate all on sale in the island shop. Stroll the beautiful countryside, relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches and visit parts of the Grade II listed Abbey. Book your trip on the slipway of Tenby Harbour.

Walk from Lydstep to St Govans

Keen fit walkers will enjoy this strenuous 141/2 mile walk. It is spectacularly scenic and passes some of Pembrokeshire's most remarkable beaches.

Tenby Marine Boat Fishing

Join a daily fishing trip for mackeral or arrange a tailor made trip for your own party. Mackeral is delicious cooked on the barbeque. Be sure to put a bottle of white wine to chill before you go!

Ahoy Pembrokeshire! East Llanion - unforgetable

Under the supervision of a qualified instructor learn how to handle a power boat or sailing boat on the Cleddau River. The first day is spent on the unspoiled upper reaches of the river and on the second day you will sail to the mouth of the river, 'The Heads', to experience the open sea.
