3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6, travel cot on request. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with single and bunk beds, 1 single room with 4’ bed all on 1st floor.

Shower Room on ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet, and washbasin.

Kitchen smart, well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Breakfast table and chairs seating 2.

Sitting Room with 1 x 3 seater sofa, 2 x 2 seater sofas, armchair, tv/dvd/video. Patio doors to terrace.

Dining Room with glass table seating 6.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £20 per week outside these dates.

Grounds narrow unenclosed terrace with garden furniture, views of forest and hills.

Care with small children please - unfenced stream runs behind property.

Cottage in Snowdonia near Cader Idris, Lake Tal-y-Llyn

The pretty village of Abergynolwyn has a community café/info centre, Post 0ffice and ‘ The Railway Inn’ - real ales and excellent food - all only a 5 minute walk away from the cottage.

This is a wonderful area for hill walkers, bird watchers, cyclists, fishing enthusiasts and lovers of breathtaking scenery.

According to local folklore anyone spending the night on the summit of Cader Idris will awake either mad or inspired to poetry!

Tal-y-Llyn Narrow Gauge Steam Railway & Dolgoch Falls near cottage in Snowdonia

Children of all ages will enjoy a ride on the Tal-y-Llyn Narrow Gauge Steam Railway which runs from Tywyn to Nant Gwernol passing the delightful Dolgoch Falls - excellent woodland paths and footbridges to explore, perfect for picnics.
