Kitchen smart, well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Breakfast table and chairs seating 2.

Sitting Room with 1 x 3 seater sofa, 2 x 2 seater sofas, armchair, tv/dvd/video. Patio doors to terrace.

Dining Room with glass table seating 6.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £20 per week outside these dates.

Grounds narrow unenclosed terrace with garden furniture, views of forest and hills.

Care with small children please - unfenced stream runs behind property.

Parking for 3 cars.
