4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 plus cot. Master en-suite (shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin) bedroom with king size bed, 1 double and 2 twins. All on 1st floor.

Bedlinen provided.

Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

Shower Room on ground floor with cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

Kitchen/Dining Area luxurious fully fitted kitchen with electric ovens (2) electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge large refectory style table seating 8. Highchair.

Utility Room fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer.

1st Sitting Room oak surround fireplace with electric fire, 1 x 2 and 1 x 3 seater sofas, easy chair, Sky tv/dvd
