  • Set on the hillside just below the romantic ruined Criccieth castle, there are 2 lovely stylish sitting rooms both with exposed stone work along the gable walls.
  • There is a snug winter sitting room with woodburner and large, squashy comfortable sofas and a light and airy summer sitting room dominated by a huge picture window from where to enjoy the wonderful sea views.
  • On the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms and a stylish modern bathroom with French doors leading out onto the large decking – absolutely perfect for eating out on or relaxing and enjoying the views across the bay to Harlech Castle and the Ardudwy mountains.

This section goes inland through one of the areas prime features ‘Y Lon Goed’ - an oak lined avenue much celebrated in Welsh poetry. Include in this walk a visit to the Lloyd George Museum at Llanystundwy and visit his grave romantically situated on the wooded river bank.

3 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 6. Bedrooms 1 double (5'bed), 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom all in 1st floor. Bedlinen provided. Bathroom on 1st floor with square bath and hand held shower, vanity basin and toilet. French door out onto balcony decking.

Wet Room on ground floor with drench head shower, washbasin and toilet.

Please bring your own towels

Kitchen fully fitted galley style with split level electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Utility Room central heating boiler and fridge.

Winter Lounge exposed stone work with multifuel burner, 1 x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater sofas, Freeview tv, radio, dining table seating 5 plus bench.

Summer Lounge exposed stone work, large picture window, 2 very large

sofas, Freeview tv, long low window seat.

Balcony Decking dining table with 6 chairs, 2 rattan sun loungers, spiral staircase (13 steps) down to ground level with table, chairs and barbecue.

Nb there is no garden and the front door opens directly onto the street so care with toddlers/small children please.

Fuel gas central heating inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates
