3 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 6. 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom all in 1st floor.

Bathroom on 1st floor with square bath and hand held shower, vanity basin and toilet. French door out onto balcony decking.

Wet Room on ground floor with drench head shower, washbasin and toilet.

Kitchen fully fitted galley style with split level electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Utility Room central heating boiler and fridge.

Winter Lounge exposed stone work with multifuel burner, 1 x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater sofas, Freeview tv, radio, dining table seating 5 plus bench.

Summer Lounge exposed stone work, large picture window, 2 very large

sofas, Freeview tv, long low window seat.

Balcony Decking dining table with 6 chairs, 2 rattan sun loungers, spiral staircase (13 steps) down to ground level with table, chairs and barbecue.

Nb there is no garden and the front door opens directly onto the street so care with toddlers/small children please.

Fuel gas central heating inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates.

  • Located in the centre of Criccieth there is lots within walking distance, 2 lovely beaches, excellent shops and restaurants, bank, internet cafe, chemist, supermarket, post office, filing station and health centre - do sample the famous Cadwalladers ice cream a few doors away.
  • Walk from Y Lon Goed & Lloyd George Museum

  • The Coastal Path can be joined at Criccieth this section goes inland through one of the areas prime features Y Lon Goed - an oak lined avenue much celebrated in Welsh poetry. Include in this walk a visit to the Lloyd George Museum at Llanystundwy and visit his grave romantically situated on the wooded river bank.
