2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus cot.

1 double, 1 twin both on 1st floor. Please note there are wide gaps between the rails of the balustrade on the open plan stairs and landing - take care with toddlers!

Bedlinen provided.

Bathroom on 1st floor full suite with power shower over bath.

Kitchen built-in electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, built-in fridge with frozen food compartment, built-in dishwasher and washing machine, gate-leg table with 4 chairs. Tumble dryer in garage.

Lounge/Diner comfortably furnished with woodburning stove in inglenook, Freeview digitalt/dvd, well stocked bookcase, music centre with records, tapes/cds. Dining suite seating 4, high chair. Views to garden and fields.

Middle Mill is a short stroll away with a working woollen mill, most hospitable proprietors and cafe.
