3 en-suite bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 plus cot on request. Master double bedroom on ground floor, double bedroom & twin bedroom on 1st floor. Each en-suite has a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Bedlinen & Towels provided.
Kitchen luxury oak kitchen with electric cooker (electric oven and hob) microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher and Belfast sink.
Lounge/ Dining Room spacious open plan lounge with exposed beams and stonework, log burning stove, hide leather 3 piece suite, giant floor cushions, double staircase leading to 1st floor bedrooms, French doors leading to terrace. Freesat tv/dvd Oak dining table seating 6. High chair on request.
Utility Room with toilet, sink and drainer, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, drying rack.
Fuel Geothermal heating with ground source heat pump providing under floor heating and hot water inclusive May to September, £20 per week outside these dates.
Grounds partly enclosed garden with terrace. Opening at driveway entrance.
