6 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 12 plus travel cot. Twin bedroom with private bathroom on ground floor. 1 double, 1 king size, 1 family room with double and single bed, 1 bunk bedroom, and 1 single bedroom. All on 1st floor.

Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, toilet, washbasin and double shower cubicle.

Bathroom on 1st floor with whirlpool bath, toilet and washbasin.

Shower Room on ground floor with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

Kitchen/Diner luxury, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric grilling machine, large larder fridge. Long dining table with smart dining chairs seating up to 12 plus high chair available on request. Welsh dresser.

Utility Room heavy duty washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer.

Farmhouse Sitting Room Aga cooker in inglenook, 2 x 2 two seater sofas, 2 easy chairs, tv/dvd, pine table with 2 dining chairs and window seat.

Lounge open fireplace with electric fire, 2 x 3 seater leather sofas, 2 easy chairs, tv/dvd, cd/radio, USB plug and play.

WiFi Internet

Fuel electric storage heaters and panel heater, oil for Aga (available to use from September to May and on request from May – September) and starter pack of coal and logs inclusive May – September, £50 per week outside these dates.

Guests and children who must be accompanied by an adult are welcome to look around the farm (with the owner’s prior permission)
