In the Great Orme Country Park, Llandudno north & west shores 1.5m, Bodnant Gardens 5m, Betws y Coed 10m, Conwy RSPB Reserve 4m, Historical Conwy 4m

Accommodation Details:

4 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 8 plus travel cot. 1 double on ground floor, 1 double, 1 small bedroom with single bed & pull-out guest bed, 1 bunk bedroom with full size bunk beds, all on 1st floor.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Shower Room on ground floor with corner shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Bathroom on 1st floor bathroom (shared en-suite with double and single bedrooms) with bath and electric shower above bath, toilet, washbasin and bidet.

Kitchen well appointed galley style with 2 oven electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge/freezer in rear porch and washing machine in garage.

Dining Room dining table and chairs seating 8 plus high chair. Doors leading to Conservatory.

Conservatory table and chairs seating 4 (ideal for children who want to get away from grown-ups) and 2 easy cane chairs.

Lounge with wood-burner style gas fire, 1 x 3 and 1 x 2 seater sofas, 1 large round ‘cuddle’ chair. LCD HD tv, Blue-Ray player, hi-fi with iPod docking station, books, cd’s and dvd’s, binoculars and a telescope.

Fuel gas central heating inclusive May – September £40 outside these dates.

Grounds fully enclosed but care with small children as although it is fenced there is a steep drop at front and the gate should be firmly closed at all times. Please encourage children to play in the garden at side and back of house. Lawn, patios, garden furniture, built-in barbecue and gas barbecue.

N.B. Please keep gate closed at all times as wild goats get into the garden and eat the shrubs!

No smoking indoors please.

  • Fifty yards from your door you will be walking in the Great Orme Country Park, (part of the Snowdonia National Park) home to diverse range of flora and forna including a rare cotoneaster, peregrine falcons, rare red legged choughs and imposing wild Kashmiri goats as well as many other seabirds and rare plants.
