Master bedroom with king size bed leading to children's bunk bedroom and Bathroom. 1 twin bedroom across landing.
All on 1st floor N.B. steep stairs.
Bedlinen provided.
Shower Room on ground floor.
Kitchen beautiful, well appointed, fully fitted with granite work tops and maple cupboards. Electric cooker, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave.
Lounge small but comfortable, with views towards the harbour. Stone fireplace, tv/video.
Dining Room mahogany dining table and easy chairs, welsh dresser.

- With the tide lapping 20 paces from the front door, this is a fully centrally heated stone-built 'olde worlde' small cottage, simply but comfortably furnished.

- Superb cliff scenery and wild flowers along the Coastal Path just beyond your garden gate and 6 safe, sandy beaches, all within 6 miles between Goodwick and Newport.
- The larger upper Fishguard has a good range of local amenities including interesting independent shops, supermarket, bank, post office, internet cafe, chemist, health centre, vet and filling station. Fishguard Farmers Market is held every Saturday and a weekly market every Thursday.
- A 5 star PADI dive centre and BSAC diver training school. Experience the thrill of exploring underwater Pembrokeshire with the fully qualified crew.
- Do drop in and browse the fine contemporary and applied art and quality crafts run by Miles Pepper. Enjoy refreshments in Cafe Celf and look out for one of the occasional musical recitals held there.
