3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 (4 adults & 2 children) travel cot on request. 1 twin on ground floor with tv and fabulous river views and patio doors to garden. 2 doubles on 1st floor – both with river views.
Bedlinen & towels provided.
Bathroom on ground floor (river view!) with bath (shower over) toilet and washbasin.
Shower Room on 1st floor with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen/Diner/Sitting room fully fitted with cooker (electric oven, gas hob) microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table and chairs seating 6. Quarry tiled floor,folding patio doors – wonderful views – multi-fuel stove, 2 armchairs, cd/radio. Highchair on request. Washer/dryer housed in hall cupboard.
Snug/TV Room leather sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen wall mounted tv, dvd, coal burning effect electric stove.
Fuel gas central heating and starter pack of coal/logs inclusive May – September, £25 per week outside these dates.
Grounds patio, gravelled area on various levels, lawn and gate to mown footpath. Summer house and garden furniture.
A mooring for your own boat is available by prior arrangement with the owner.

- Enjoy fabulous panoramic views and sunsets across the sweet broad tidal waters of the River Cleddau from every room and the west facing garden of this pretty barn conversion. A protected environment within the National Park.
- Set in deepest rural Pembrokeshire in the remote scattered hamlet of Landshipping, the cottage is one of 4 in a courtyard setting - a haven of peace and tranquillity.
- Equipped and furnished to the highest residential standards throughout with interesting pictures, unusual lights and a multi-fuel stove in the kitchen/dining room.
- Folding patio doors from the kitchen/dining room open onto a paved terrace and garden – a favourite haunt of woodpeckers - overlooking the river.
- Away from ‘the madding crowds’ the surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers and cyclists - there is a lady’s and a gentleman’s bicycle which can be hired from the cottage owner for leisurely cycle rides or stroll along pretty lanes and footpaths.
- Enjoy a visit to the peaceful waterside village of Lawrenny where you can walk along the riverside, sit and watch the boats go by, listen in to the birds and eat at the award winning Quayside Cafe.
- Shopaholics will love Narberth, a little old market town with free parking, castle, lots of interesting and individual shops, antiques, pubs, excellent Spanish/Welsh deli and restaurant Ultracomedia, old fashioned butchers, first class cooks shop and much more.
- Lawrenny has a village shop. Narberth 8 miles away has a range of local amenities including bank, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, fuel station, chemist, doctor, vet, butchers and interesting independent shops.
- Don't miss a visit to Bosherston Lily Ponds (NT), St Govan's Head, S Govan's Chapel & the two stunning beaches of Broad Haven South & Barafundle.
- Within easy driving distance there is a large selection of fabulous family attractions and activities. Manor House Wild Welsh Zoo, Folly Farm, Heatherton Activity Centre, Blue Lagoon Water Park, Oakwood Theme Park and Carew Karting - just to mention a few.
- A gate from the garden opens onto a shared private mown footpath down to the waters edge.
