Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room (large cubicle), tv/dvd, French doors opening to ‘Juliet’ balcony, 1 twin with en-suite shower room (corner cubicle), 1 twin ( x 3’ zip & link beds) with French doors opening to ‘Juliet’ balcony all on 1st floor.
Bedlinen & towels provided.
Bath/Shower Room (shower over bath) with full suite on 1st floor.
Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin on ground floor.
Kitchen/Dining/Living/ open plan with luxury fitted kitchen, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area with table seating 6, highchair,1 x 3 seater sofa, 1 x 2 seater sofa, occasional chair, Freeview tv/dvd, cd/radio. Highchair.
Patio doors from dining and lounge areas opening onto private terrace overlooking the waterway.
Fuel gas central heating inclusive May – Sept £30 per week outside these dates.
Grounds private terrace overlooking waterway with garden furniture and barbecue stand. Own private access to water, foreshore and shared slipway- 16 steps down to gate and a further 10 steps to foreshore/water. Care with small children please. Communal barbecue area on foreshore.
Parking communal parking with designated parking for 2 cars.

- Watch the fascinating and ever- changing ebb and flow of the watery world of Castle Pill from this superbly designed and very smartly furnished new home.
- With your own access to the water and foreshore this is a paradise for birdwatchers, canoeists, fisher folk and mud-larks!

- Wonderful coastal walking along the Coastal Path - cliffs carpeted with wild flowers in the spring, sea birds galore and spectacular scenery.
- Milford Haven, at the mouth of the Cleddau Estuary, was once a whaling centre and one of the chief fishing ports in the United Kingdom. It has a variety of shops and restaurants, a first class leisure centre with swimming pool, the award winning Torch Theatre with its live shows and ‘state of the art’ cinema and a main line railway station.
- Milford Marina (where the BBC tv series ‘The Onedin Line’ was filmed) has a maritime museum, art gallery, Phoenix Bowling Centre, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as individual small shops.
- The Lord Nelson Hotel (open to non-residents) overlooks the Marina and Waterway was once a favourite haunt of Lord Nelson & Emma (Lady Hamilton).
