The National Coracle Centre is a museum and workshop dedicated to coracles from around the world. For ultimate pampering Coracles Health and Country Club welcomes visitors to enjoy 'pay as you go' facilities.
- Bird Watching at the Teifi Marshes Reserve is a wonderful experience. Stroll around a one and a half hour circular route which includes six hides from which to observe many birds. There are water buffalo and otters too. Remember your camera.
- Enjoy a round of golf in Newport at the Cliff Hotel's fine 9 hole course with spectacular views. Finish off your morning with an a la carte lunch served in the hotel's restaurant. You can expect delicious food made with fresh local ingredients. The menu might include crab, hot buttered lobster, Welsh lamb cutlets and Sunday roasts. - Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort is a reconstructed fort with structures built on original foundations including a thatched round house. The fort is the focus of an ongoing archaeological excavation in a beautiful woodland location. There are regular activities and events designed to educate and entertain. Ideal for families.
- Pay once and ride all day on the narrow gauge Teifi Valley Railway. Board at Henllan between Carmarthen and Cardigan.
- The magpies in your party might enjoy browsing Hurstand House Antiques in Aberporth. A small but well stocked shop with Staffordshire ware, lustre jugs, silver, china and more.
- The Patio (seasonal restaurant) in Llangrannog serves light meals and a wonderful selection of homemade icecreams.
- A fabulous delicatessen located in Cardigan Market specialising in Welsh, Spanish & French produce. Stock up with gastro goodies. Take away food is available between 12pm & 2pm
- The Teifi Trail is a sequence of walks being developed following the beautifully scenic Teifi river from the estuary to its source.
