2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus cot on request. 1 double (King size), 1 twin, both on ground floor. Bedlinen provided.

Shower room with toilet (pull down seat & hand rails) and washbasin.

Kitchen light, airy, with high ceilings and beams. Fully fitted country style, electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine. Table and chairs seating 4. Freezer space available in owners freezer in main house, just across farmstead.

Lounge small and cosy, three piece suite, tv/dvd pretty pictures, dried flowers, French doors opening out onto patio with panoramic views. Cot and highchair on request.

Grounds secure, enclosed country garden. Ample parking.

Fuel oil central heating all inclusive May to September, outside these dates £25 per week.
