Roch has a general store and post office selling groceries, bakery goods, papers and alcohol. More extensive shopping can be done in Haverfordwest 6miles away - banks, library with internet, supermarkets, filling stations, chemists, doctors, vet and interesting independent shops.

For beach and watersports lovers Pembrokeshire’s glorious coast is within a short drive - Broad Haven, Nolton Haven, Druidstone, Little Haven and in the other direction Solva and the cathedral city of St Davids.
