4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8. 1 twin and 1 double on ground floor. Master bedroom (king size bed) with ensuite shower room, (double shower unit) toilet and washbasin, 1 twin (super king size beds, can be zipped together if required) on 1st floor.

Grounds: Rear enclosed split level terrace off 1st floor lounge with small water feature, garden table and chairs. Breakfast patio on ground floor off kitchen with table and chairs seating 4. A flight of concrete steps from the breakfast patio and one flight from the front garden (both flights gated at the top) lead to the split level 1st floor terrace.

Large holiday home near Tresaith Beach

Spacious, light, bright and airy home for holidays, a short walk away (down steps) to lovely Tresaith Beach.

Fresh and modern, with furniture and décor of the highest standards, the superb large lounge on the 1st floor has sliding glass doors opening onto the rear terrace and garden - a lovely private, secluded sun trap for al fresco dining or relaxing in.

On the ground floor there is a reading room/snug with a serving hatch to the kitchen,comfortable sofa, easy chairs, tv/video/dvd and lots of games and books.

There is ample wooden furniture for lounging in the sun and al fresco dining.

Tresaith Seaside Hamlet

Tresaith is a small seaside hamlet with a beautiful, sheltered, sandy beach, lots of rock pools and a waterfall cascading over the cliffs onto golden sands - great for a shower after a swim.

The Ship Inn has tables overlooking the beach - wonderful lunches, evening meals and fantastic sunsets 4 minutes walk away.

Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast

Cardigan Bay’ s Heritage Coast is famed for Bottlenose dolphins and fantastic marine life.

Watersports galore - swimming, sailing, surfing, canoeing - and wonderful cliff top walking.

St Dogmaels Abbey

St Dogmael's Abbey was founded by Tiron monks and elevated to Abbey status in 1120. The substantial ruins can be found between Newport and Aberaeron.

Welsh Harp Centre, Llandysul

The Welsh Harp Centre sells harps, harp accessories and harp music. One can listen to harp music whilst the experienced staff explain the process of harp making.

Penbryn Beach National Trust Woodland
