Grounds: Rear enclosed split level terrace off 1st floor lounge with small water feature, garden table and chairs. Breakfast patio on ground floor off kitchen with table and chairs seating 4. A flight of concrete steps from the breakfast patio and one flight from the front garden (both flights gated at the top) lead to the split level 1st floor terrace.
