4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 7. Master double with en-suite shower room (2 steps down to shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin & cheval mirror), 2 double bedrooms (1 with washbasin) and 1 single, all on 1st floor.
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom on 1st floor with full suite and shower over bath.
Shower Room on ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Lounge (stairs lead directly to 1st floor from here) with log-effect electric stove in inglenook, tv/video, 1 x 2 seater sofa, 1 x 3 seater sofa and armchair.
Kitchen/Snug fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, split level double oven electric cooker with electric hob, dishwasher, fridge. Snug sitting area with tv, 2 seater sofa, leather reclining armchair and footstool.
Dining Room with low beamed ceiling, table and chairs seating 8. Highchair. Fridge with ice box
Utility Room with microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May - September, £25 per week outside these dates.

About this cottage:
- An extremely comfortable private detached home for holidays set at the end of a tree lined drive with distant coastal views from the surrounding 5 acres of farmland.
- The cosy lounge has an electric stove in an inglenook and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
- There are sea views from the large front enclosed lawn, more of a small field really, an ideal play area for all sorts of games. There is even a goal post for budding footballers. The front terrace is a lovely spot for barbecues and sundowners!
- The owner of Waun Morfa is past club captain of ~Cardigan Golf Club (cardigangolf.co.uk)~ an award winning mixed links and parkland course located high above the shores of Cardigan Bay and the Teifi estuary with wonderful coastal views.
- Llangranog is a charming seaside village squeezed into a deep, wooded, narrow valley which leads down to a golden, sandy beach sheltered by towering cliffs.
- Cilborth to the north of the village is a hidden sandy cove accessible along the foreshore at low tide or from the Heriatge Coastal path - magnificent views over Cardigan Bay.
- Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast has many fine uncrowded beaches to discover and lots of activities for all ages including dolphin and seal spotting, walking, boat trips, fishing, golf and pony trekking.
- The bustling county town, has a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, market hall, leisure centre, a theatre, craft shops, restaurants and pubs.
- Explore the beautiful Teifi Valley, watch the salmon leap at Cenarth Falls and visit the National Coracle Centre or drive along quiet, scenic roads through lush green rolling countryside and discover small, timeless market towns and sleepy villages – lots to see and do close to this holiday home near Llangrannog.
- Award winning Oak Hall Rhos y Gilwen was built from green oak in keeping with old traditions and craftsmanship. The celebrated accoustics offer a wonderful venue for musical concerts. Situated in beautiful gardens it is also an impressive arts centre well worth visiting.
- Do visit Dyfed Shires Farm in Eglwyswrw to see the magnificent Shire horses dressed in their finery and being worked by a Welsh champion ploughman. An experience never to be forgotten.
- One and two hour trips along the Ceredigion Heritage Coast to see local wildlife including dolphins. Do remember your camera and binoculas.
- Theatre Mwldan in Cardigan has recently undergone a £7 million redevelopment and now offers superb facilities with live theatre, drama, music and cinema.
- Pamper youselves with a visit, facilities include a salt water hydro spa, steam room, sauna, state of the art gym, Jacuzzi, three treatment rooms and more. Complete your day with a delicious meal in the restaurant overlooking Cardigan Bay.
- Try your luck, the rocks on the southern side of Ceibwr Cove are excellent for float fishing and spinning. Alternatively game fishing on the river Nevern is good for sea trout (known locally as sewin).
- Enjoy this sequence of walks The Teifi Trail following the picturesque Teifi from the estuary to its source only 70 miles.
- There is much to enjoy close to this holiday home near Llangranog - along the recently designated Heritage coast, inland valleys, market towns & Cambrian mountains.
