2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus travel cot. 1 double, 1 twin, both on 1st floor.

Bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower over. On ground floor.

Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room open plan with luxury fitted kitchen, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dining table and chairs seating 6. 1 x 2 seater and 1 x 3 seater cream leather sofas, 1 leather easy chair,. French doors to patio and views of paddocks and trees.

Utility Room washing machine and sink.

Fuel gas central heating inclusive May – September £30 per week outside these dates.

Grounds enclosed with ranch style fencing (care with small children please) patio, lawns, garden furniture.

  • Pwllheli 3 miles away has a range of local amenities including interesting and individual shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, internet cafe, chemists, doctor, vet and a filling station.
  • Fabulous views of Snowdonia

  • French doors lead out onto a front patio surrounded by lawns overlooking paddocks and woodland and large oak trees shade the rear garden - complete seclusion and privacy with fabulous views of Snowdonia.
  • A short walk away down a country lane through lovely surrounding countryside there is a rare example of a complete, untouched medieval house - no fireplace and the smoke from the fire would have escaped through the hole in the roof - very sooty!

  • Abererch Beach is 2 miles away and the wetlands behind are home to ringed plover and otters.
  • Criccieth is a short drive away - a pretty seaside town with 2 lovely beaches overlooked by its small ruined castle - interesting shops, restaurants and tea rooms and the ever popular Abersoch is also nearby - lovely seating areas from which to enjoy the bay
  • Lleyn Peninsula Coastal Path near holiday home

  • The Coastal Path runs from beyond Abersoch and can be used as a circular walk skirting Porth Ceiriad (Hell’ s Mouth) and inland through beautiful country lanes - not to be missed are the villages of Llanengan and Llangian.

  • Pwllheli - gateway to the best sailing waters in the U.K. boasts the most scenic of locations for its vigorous sailing club - visitors welcome.
