4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 all on ground floor. 1 twin (en-suite with ‘wet room’ - watering can shower, toilet and washbasin) 1 bedroom with super king size bed, 1 bedroom with super king size ‘zip & link’ bed and master en-suite bedroom (double shower, washbasin, toilet) with 6’6” circular bed! Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. Cot available on request.

Luxury fitted kitchen area with electric range cooker, 2 sinks, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, ’flip down’ tv, island breakfast bar with 2 stools and ‘Maia’ worktops. High chair available on request.

Fuel oil central heating and underfloor heating on ground floor, each room with individual thermostats inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates.

Exterior Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and oil central heating boiler.

Grounds small paved front courtyard with Hot Tub (used entirely at your own risk) and stairs to terrace (13 steps), garden table and chairs.

Parking for 1 car, ample public parking close by.

Luxurious cottage with fabulous views and a Hot Tub to enjoy

Absolutely fabulous sea and estuary views and with a hot tub in the front paved courtyard overlooking the water, this is a stunning architectural renovation of a traditional fisherman’s cottage.

Hot Tub & Juliet Balcony

The open plan living/dining/kitchen on the 1st floor has oak floorboards and floor to ceiling patio doors opening onto a terrace – a superb spot for al-fresco dining with wonderful views. A further set of French doors open onto a ‘Juliet’ balcony.

Furnished, equipped and decorated to the highest residential standards, there is under-floor heating throughout the ground floor where there 4 bedrooms, including 2 with en-suite shower rooms and a master bedroom with a 6’6” circular bed!

Interesting features are sprinkled throughout - exposed beams, supporting pillars and a genuine ships wheel

Luxury cottage at Lower Town, Fishguard on Pembrokeshire Coast

Lower Town is a tiny quaint harbour which is now mainly used by pleasure boats but was once home to a thriving herring fishing fleet, the picturesque quayside is lined with fishermen’s cottages.

Fishguard Harbour Town

Fishguard (upper) has a good range of local amenities including interesting independent shops, bank, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, chemist, health centre, vet and filling station. Excellent local produce can be bought at the Farmers Market held every Saturday from 9 til 1 in the town hall.

‘The Ship Inn’ in the heart of the village is an historic pub serving ‘real ale’ – popular with locals and holiday makers alike

Poppit Rocket Coastal Bus

Why not forget the car and take a ride on the ‘Poppit Rocket’ a coastal bus service which wends its way along the coast to all the way to Cardigan passing through Pwllgwaelod, Newport, Poppit Sands, and St Dogmaels or the ‘Strumble Shuttle’ from Fishguard to St Davids.

Pwllgwaelod Beach & Sailors Safety Pub/Restaurant

Pwllgwaelod is a sandy west facing beach with fabulous views across Fishguard Bay and a pub/restaurant ‘The Sailors Safety’ serving freshly caught local fish - 11am to 11pm daily.

Walk Dinas Island

A short walk along the coastal path around Dinas Island (not an island really) from Pwllgwaelod takes you to Cwm yr Eglwys, a picturesque sheltered cove with its own micro climate overlooked by the remains of St Brynachs Church.

Solva Boat Trips

The traditional vessel MV Swift leaves the harbour at Solva. Enjoy coastal trips, evening cruises or try your hand at fishing (all tackle is provided).

Solva Woollen Mill - Royal Patronage

Solva Woollen Mill is one of only two remaining woollen mills in Pembrokeshire. The newly restored water wheel was admired by Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall during their visit in 2008. The mill specialises in flat woven floor coverings.
