3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 7. 1 Double bedroom on ground floor with kingsizebed, 1 twin, and 1 kingsized double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms (bath, large shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin) and 1 single all on 1st floor.
Shower Room on ground floor with corner shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen/dining/living/sun room luxury fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric eye level oven and gas hob, highchair, dining table and chairs seating 6, central raised wood-burning stove, 2 x 3 seater sofas, Freeview flatscreen tv/blue ray player, oak floor, 2 x 3 seater sofas and ceramic tiled floor in sun room.
3 sets of patio doors opening onto unfenced raised terrace (care with small children & toddlers please) with 2 sets of 3 steps down to lawn with paved area for al fresco dining.

About this cottage:
- Fabulous views over the shimmering waters of Cardigan Bay (home to bottlenose dolphins) from this stunning new luxurious house with oak floors, beautiful oak doors and a solar water heating system.
- 3 sets of sliding patio doors open onto a paved terrace and enclosed lawn from the kitchen/dining/living/sun room which has has a feature central raised wood-burning stove.
- There is a ground floor bedroom with king size bed and shower room and the 3 bedrooms (1 twin & 1 single,1 double bedroom) on the 1st floor each have an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a ‘juliet’ balcony – fantastic views!
- The galleried landing overlooks the hallway with its striking modern chandelier.
- A small sandy beach on the Teifi Estuary with a Site of Special Scientific Interest (flora) nearby. For the sea-farers, bird and marine life lovers boat trips leave from the pontoon on the ‘Patch’ beach at the Teifi Boat Club (in season). Both within 10 minutes walk.
- There is lots to do within a short walk – and literally within a stone’s throw (or a good golfing drive) of Cardigan Golf Club – an 18 hole course with fabulous views, great greens, visitors are welcome and an excellent’19th’ hole!
- The Cliff Hotel has a state of the art ‘Spa’ and the nearby Gwbert Hotel also has a small spa and the excellent ‘Flat Rock Bistro’.
- The farm park sits on a dramatic headland overlooking Cardigan Island. This is a great place for a family day out – friendly farm animals, adventure playground and a well equipped indoor games centre
- A colony of seals make their home in the caves below the headland and Cardigan Bay’s resident bottlenose dolphins are often spotted from the cliff tops.
- Mwnt is a beautiful sandy cove to the north and across the estuary is Poppit Sands and dunes (an SSSI) with its Blue Flag award - ever popular with families – do try the freshly baked scones at the old fashioned beach café!
- Aberporth, a short drive away, is a small seaside village with two fabulous beaches, the southerly beach popular with families whilst the northern beach is popular for water sports including sailing, kayaking and canoeing.
- Aberporth is on the route of the Ceredigion Coastal Path between Cardigan and Llangrannog – wonderful coastal walking and wildlife galore.
- Cardigan on the River Teifi is a vibrant traditional market town with its main street lined with Georgian buildings housing individual shops, there is a weekly market, Theatr Mwldan with its cinema hosts a varied programme of events and a heritage centre.
- Enjoy a delicious meal prepared with locally sourced ingredients at this contemporary gastro pub - a restaurant that serves a pint not a pub that serves food.
