- This new farmhouse on the Lleyn Peninsula between Abersoch & Criccieth is set in beautiful countryside overlooking rolling pastures where the family’ s cattle graze, this new (2006) spacious farmhouse is furnished throughout to the highest residential standards.
- The large, comfortable kitchen with refectory table is ideal for family meals.
- 2 large sitting rooms with lovely views of fields and woodland with the sea in the distance.

Lleyn Peninsula
- Lots of pleasant walks down leafy country lanes with banks of springtime flowers, cow parsley and foxgloves in the summer and blackberries in the autumn.
- Llangybi (1m) is a pretty village with old almshouses, a school, thick stone walled cottages and an ancient Church with St Cybil’ s Well - the water was renowned for its healing properties.in medieval times
Criccieth & Abersoch
- Criccieth has a range of local amenities including, interesting independent shops, supermarket, bank, post office, internet cafe, chemist, health centre and filling station.

Borth y Gest & Beach, Porthmadog Harbour Town
- Borth y Gest, an often forgotten quiet little village surrounding a small harbour and Porthmadog with the huge expanse of Black Rock Sands are within a short drive - along the coastline there are tiny bays and inlets to enjoy with fine views across the Estuary to Harlech.
Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway near Criccieth farmhouse
- The Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway crosses the Estuary - majestic views of Snowdon from the track as it wends its way through primeval woodlands in the Maentwrog Valley to Blaenau Ffestiniog - the slate cavernsare well worth a visit.

- 18th - 20th C Glasfryn Garden in Llanystumdwy has a park, garden, stone wall, lawn, beech trees, kitchen garden and topiary.
Portmeirion Italianate Village
- Portmeirion, a few miles south of Porthmadog, is the Italianate village, the inspiration of the famous architect Clough Williams Ellis - a little bit of Italy on the Welsh coast. - wooded walks, shops, cafes and 2 beautiful hotels.
Glaslyn RSPB Viewing Centre
- The Glaslyn River before it spills into the sea at Porthmadog runs through a lush green valley with an RSPB viewing centre to glimpse the Ospreys nesting in the spring. Higher up the River, near Beddgelert, is a lovely riverside walk - a perfect picnic spot and children will love to paddle here!
Shore Fishing at Bennar Beach, Tal y Bont
- Try your luck at catching bass, plaice, flounder and codling at any state of the tide.
