5 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 11 plus travel cot. 1 double, 1 twin and 1 room with 3 bunk beds on 1st floor. 1 king size, 1 double bedroom on 2nd floor.

Grounds small fully enclosed elevated decking area - care with small children please, the decking is infenced and there 6 shallow steps down to forecourt. Gas barbecue, garden furniture.

Parking for 2 small cars, 1 in garage and 1 on hard standing by front door. Additional on road parking (15th Sept to 1st June anytime, from 6pm - 8am at all times) and National Trust car park within 100 yds.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September £30 per week outside these dates.

Welcome FREE: 2 well behaved dogs – hard floor areas only and not in bedrooms please.

No smoking indoors please.

Refundable Deposit - A refundable deposit of £250 per booking is required.
