  • Tucked away in a wooded enclave in the heart of Criccieth these 2 cottages, separate wings of a 17th century Grade II listed manor house, have been fully and beautifully restored and are now stylish and comfortable holiday cottages brimming with character.
  • Bwthyn Yr Ardd (1198) has thick stone walls, 2 inglenooks, a stone spiral staircase and  pretty little Bwthyn y Stabal (1199) has a walled garden to relax in.
  • Surrounded by protected woodlands with undulating lawns, the 2 cottages share an orchard - enjoy meals in dappled sunlight under the trees listening to birdsong - what could be more enchanting!
Criccieth, Lleyn Peninsula
  • Criccieth is a thriving community with lots of amenities on your doorstep as well as 2 Blue Flag Beaches flanked by its ancient ruined castle.There are a variety of local shops including a bakery, butcher and fishmongers. Good restaurants recommended include 'Poachers' and 'Royal China' plus an excellent fish and chip shop!
Lleyn Peninsula Coastal Path
  • Join the Lleyn Coastal Path which hugs the cliff tops - spectacular scenery - before turning inland to the pretty village of Llanystumdwy, visit the Lloyd George Museum there or the Rabbit Farm which children will love!
Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways
  • The terminus for the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways is close by at Porthmadog. Recently opened, the Welsh Highland meanders through spectacular Snowdonia passing the RSPB Osprey Viewing Centre on the wide Glaslyn River then through the Aberglaslyn Gorge culminating at the mighty fortress of Caernarfon Castle.

  • This bustling market town, constantly occupied since Roman times, is dominated by Edward I's magnificent 13th century castle which houses the Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers - Wales' oldest regiment.Wander Carnaerfon's streets, browse the craft/shops and take a break at one of the many excellent restaurants, pubs and tea rooms.

  • Tackle & tuition are given - choose from a 2 hour trip or a full day's fishing. Alternatively sit back and enjoy a 2 hour cruise along the north Lleyn Peninsula coast to see marine wildlife such as seabirds, dolphins,seals and porpoises. Sion will haul a few pots on route to show how lobster & crab are caught.
Abersoch Sailing School, Lleyn Peninsula
  • Experince a 30 minute accompanied sail in a Laser Funboat for ages 4-7 years. Courses also available for older children & adults including power boat tuition.

Lounge large stone inglenook with wood burning stove, 2 x 2 two seater sofas, 2 easy chairs, Freeview tv /dvd.

Grounds not enclosed care with toddlers please, large mown fields surround the property, shared orchard, garden furniture.
