2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 5 including folding bed in study on ground floor, plus cot. 1 double and 1 twin on 1st floor.
Bedlinen & towels provided.
Shower Room on 1st floor (accessed from either bedroom) with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Bathroom on ground floor with bath, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen/Diner fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with integrated electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Table and chairs seating 6 plus highchair.
Sitting Room with oak beams, electric log effect fire, 2 x 3 seater sofas, 2 armchairs, tv/dvd, cd/radio., stairs to 1st floor.
Study with leather sofa/folding bed and desk.
Sun Room with dining table and chairs.
Fuel underfloor heating throughout ground floor, radiators on 1st floor.

About this cottage:
- A charming new barn conversion with a small pretty walled courtyard garden tucked away down a quiet lane in the heart of the historic walled town of Pembroke and within a short drive of the beautiful South Pembrokeshire Heritage Coast.
- Comfortable, warm and well equipped, the cottage is ideal for all year round holidays. The ground floor is Travertine marble with underfloor heating and the 1st floor bedrooms have oak floors, beamed ceilings and central heating via radiators.
- The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there is a snug study, cosy sitting room and sun room which opens onto the garden where there is a separate garage cum games room.
- Pembroke is an historic town with its magnificent Norman Castle set high on a ridge between 2 tidal inlets and is famous as the birthplace of Henry VII and the Tudor Dynasty. Visitors are rewarded with a fascinating insight into the medieval life style.
- There are scenic walks nearby including one around the picturesque mill pond with its resident swans, herons and ducks. The high street, lined with predominantly Georgian buildings has a variety of restaurants, cafes (including an award winning fish & chip restaurant), shops, pubs and antique centres and is within a 5 minute stroll.
- Do visit ‘The Cornstore’ overlooking the waterway with its unique range of furniture/fancy goods and an extremely good coffee shop.
- Pembroke also has a railway station so it is possible to let the train take the strain and leave the car at home!
- The wonderful and unique South Pembs Heritage Coast with stunning beaches and coastal walks is within a short drive.
- Translucent azure water with the sands backed by dunes, great for surfing, sailing, swimming and fishing.
- Manorbier ‘the fairest place on all the earth’ with its Norman castle and sheltered sandy cove popular with families and Freshwater West famed for its surf and ideal for rock pooling and exoctic Barafundle – one of the loveliest beaches in the UK with sparkling blue seas ringed by dunes.
- Broad Haven South, with its famous Church Rock is reached via a footpath through Bosherston Lily Ponds (NT) (breathtaking display of water lilies in early June) – take tea at ‘Ye Olde Worlde Tearoom’ in Bosherston (permits for fishing in the Lily Ponds available here) with its menu almost unchanged for the last 50 years.
- Do visit Stackpole village where the Inn serves award winning bar food and Stackpole Quay (N.T.) where there is an excellent tea room and direct access onto the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Tenby - just to name a few!
- Relax on any of Tenby's five beautiful blue flag beaches and or take a boat trip to Caldey Island and sample the wonderful lavender grown by its Cistercian Monks.
- The ancient chamber with two small sides and cap stone is spectacularly placed above Manorbier Bay along the coastal path making an interesting focus for a walk.
- Wales' only specialist semi mature plant centre. Garden accessories and unusual gifts are also on sale. Drinks and snacks are served in the Bramley Tearoom.
- Enjoy a round of golf in the oldest affiliated club in Wales. Golf has been played at the club since 1875. The classic links course is ranked one of the top five in Wales. There are views of Tenby South Beach and Caldey Island.
- A great day out whatever the weather. This indoor track provides fun for the whole family (over 8 years) and competitive racing great fun to watch.
- Enjoy a holiday in any season in this warm,comfortable charming holiday cottage in Pembroke. Do explore the south Pembrokeshire coast especially from Manorbier west thro' the Freshwaters, Barafundle, St Govan's Head, Bosherston - not to be missed if only for its tea room circa 1923, thro' to Angle some of the finest limestone plateau & cliff scenery in the country - now all protected by the National Park & National Trust.
