About this cottage:

Pembrokeshire quality holiday cottage
  • Pembrokeshire holiday cottage overlooking and with access to private nature reserve containing two small lakes.
  • An absolutely fabulous renovation and conversion ('Visit Wales' 5 Star Grade) into a beautiful home of two Pembrokeshire stone barns linked together by a central lounge which has floor to ceiling glass walls on two sides and a turf roof - a very old tradition in this part of the world.
  • The property is accessed down a private tree lined drive-way of roughly a quarter mile. Set in a third of an acre of fenced and wooded landscaped gardens with an additional fenced pony paddock of roughly two acres. Whilst the cottage is fenced off from the nature reserve and lakes, each lake being about 100 yards from the cottage, guests should properly supervise their children when they are in the nature reserve, particularly where the children are young or unable to swim.
  • In idyllic countryside and close to Abermawr and Aberbach beaches, Lower Lochturffin is smartly furnished, decorated and equipped throughout to extremely high standards.
  • Under floor central heating (every room with its' own thermostatic control) and an oil burning stove in the lounge makes this beautiful home extremely comfortable and warm all year.
