Accommodation Details:
7 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 14 (Freeview tv in every bedroom) plus cot. Master bedroom with 7ft bed and en suite bathroom (sunken bath, built in shower, toilet, washbasin)
and dressing room and 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite with corner shower, toilet) on 1st floor. 2 twin bedrooms 1 king size bedroom & 1 double bedroom on 2nd floor. Landing on 2nd floor with squashy 2 seater sofa, bookcase, pine chest.
Bedlinen provided.

Refundable Deposit - A refundable deposit of £500 per booking is required and must be included with the final payment before commencing your holiday.

About this cottage:
- Nefyn Beach and the Coastal Path are only a mile from this large imposing Victorian villa set on the fringes of Nefyn village,
- Ideal for family re-unions this spacious home has 7 luxurious bedrooms and a fabulous stylish interior combining contemporary and traditional furnishings with muted, dramatic wallpaper.
- The elegant lounge and formal dining room at the front of the house are beautifully appointed with fine antiques and beautiful ornaments.
- There are large pale cream and mint brocade sofas, an open fireplace and large wall mounted flat screen Freeview tv in the lounge as well as a cosy intimate sitting room.
- The huge kitchen has stone flagged floors, a 4 oven black Aga, black fitted units, an inglenook with wood burner, refectory table ideal for long leisurely meals and a huge Welsh dresser.
- French doors open from here onto decking – a great place to enjoy morning coffee.
- Children will love to play on the front sloping lawns, surrounded by mature oak, beech and Scots pine and there is ample parking at the rear with room to store boats in the old stable block.
- Nefyn’s spectacular bay is a 10 minute walk and beyond this is Morfa Nefyn bay with the smugglers’ cove of Porth Dinllaen at the far end.
- The sea is turquoise, the beaches sandy and the locals insist the climate is milder and sunnier than most places on the west coast of Britain!
- Follow the coastal path by the beach where the cliffs are home to many seabirds, guillemots, razorbills and gulls – keep a special look out for the Chough, the emblem of the Lleyn.
- Aberdaron with its white washed houses is the ‘Land’s End’ of North Wales and is well worth a visit with views across to Bardsey Island from the heather covered headland of Uwchmynydd (N.T.) above the village.
- Although remote remote there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes to chill out in.
- Nearer home there are good places to eat, try the Bryn Cynan Arms, once owned by the owner of this property or better still dine out at his latest venture the excellent gastro pub ‘The Ship Inn’ at Edern 2 miles away. For special occasions Plas Bodegroes must be one of the area’s finest – booking advisable.
- Stock up on supplies in the village with its excellent Londis shop - pre-packed meats, good cheese counter and fresh fruit and vegetables.
- Locally sourced meat can be bought at the General Stores in Morfa Nefyn and in summer freshly caught fish, lobster and crab are always on offer.
- Morfa Nefyn Golf Course is a challenge to be relished by golfers - the course is on the headland at Morfa Nefyn with fine views of the Rival Mountain range
- Family run for family fun. Children can handle baby rabbits, guinea pigs and puppies. There is ample shelter on rainy days with many animals housed in farm buildings. Children can let off steam in the outdoor play area and there is a picnic area for family use.
- A popular waterside village with Blue flag beaches and host to the annual Wakestock Festival.
- Take an unforgettable trip on one of Wales' Great Little Steam Railways. The train leaves Caernarfon and travels on a scenic journey through Snowdonia. Pet dogs are welcome too.
- Cruise the beautiful waters of the Lleyn Penionsula. Look out for marine wildlife, an abundance of sea birds and fabulous coastal scenery.
- This model village in a landscaped garden with water features and models of Anglesey's landmarks is an ideal attraction for families and garden lovers.
- Glasfryn is an outdoor activity centre with something for everyone. Choose from fishing, archery, motorsports, wakepark, bowling and so much more. There is a farm shop, places to eat and drink and a farmers market on the first Saturday of the month.
- Hovercraft flying for the whole family. Have a go at piloting (for 13 years and over) or sit back, be driven and let the adrenalin rush.
- An annual festival of music with musicians young and old from the UK and abroad. Buskers are welcome so if you are a budding musician do join in
- 84 miles of diverse landscapes to walk - beaches, harbours, coves, open countryside, cliffs and seascapes. Don't forget your camera & binoculars.
