Kitchen fitted units with black granite worktops, range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, wooden dining table seating 6, ‘coffee corner’ with small round table and 2 tub chairs. Chinese oak floors (please take care, stiletto heels will mark!) Patio doors to side terrace with concealed lighting and glass doors to sitting room.
