- Explore the mystery of the 'Secret Waterway' with a pleasure or fishing trip on the 'Cleddau King' water taxi service.
- Broad Haven, Barafundle Bay (N.T.- the best UK picnic spot 2006) Freshwater West, Manorbier - all superb beaches within a short drive.
- Wealth of attractions nearby - Carew, Manorbier & Pembroke Castles, Bosherston Lily Ponds, St Govan's 11th century Chapel set in the cliffs and the legendary Huntsman's Leap, Oakwood Leisure Park, Heatherton Country Park, Great Wedlock Dinosaur Park or Folly Farm are all within an easy drive - great fun family days out for the younger generation.
- Narberth just a short drive away is a bustling old town full of interesting and individual shops. There is a choice of excellent places to eat and drink, galleries, crafts, castle, small market and a free car park.
- Buy your tickets at the kiosk on the Tenby Harbour slipway. Look out for marine wild life on the way. You may see dolphins. The Island has been home to Cistercian monks for a thousand years. They farm the land, produce perfume, shortbread and chocolate all for sale in the island shop. Stroll the lovely countryside, relax on one of the beautiful sandy beaches or visit parts of the Grade II listed abbey. A peaceful and fascinating day never to be forgotten.
- Enjoy a walk alongside the beautiful Bosherston Lily Ponds and onto Broad Haven South Beach. Return along the opposiite bank making a loop to the car park. Before leaving do enjoy a drink or a meal in the village pub St Govan's Country Inn with a CAMRA award for their ales and they serve a wide selection of good value meals.
- An unusual but fascinating part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Enjoy this easy 2 mile walk through the picturesque waterside village of Hazelbeach in Llanstadwell, with Ferry Inn serving food and real ales, past the 11th C Llanstadwell Church and right onto the Promenade in Neyland beside the busy Haven Waterway. On the Marina there is the Brunel Cafe serving fresh coffees, tea, delicious cakes & light lunches or the first floor Bar restaurant with excellent views, seafood is a speciality.
