Kitchen/dining/sitting room – open plan on ground floor with luxury fully fitted kitchen, split level electric oven and hob dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, table and chairs seating 4.

lcd tv/dvd/cd, interesting ornaments and pictures, French doors to patio.
Utility Room on ground floor with washing machine and condenser drier.
Fuel inclusive May to September, £15 pounds per week outside these dates.
