Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast is just a short drive from this spacious, modern, detached house with 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, tastefully furnished and immaculately kept throughout, set back from the road between Aberporth and Cardigan.

The lounge has patio windows opening onto a large design feature decking area with pergola and the rear garden with a lawn edged by mature Scots pine overlooking pastureland.

The Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty with lovely beaches and dramatic rugged cliffs - wonderful clifftop walks, clean, fresh air and stunning sunsets.

Aberporth is within an easy drive - 2 lovely sandy beaches, fishing and dolphin spotting as is Tresaith, a pretty village with a particularly good pub on the beach.

Nearby is the West Wales All Terrain Park for the adventurous- extreme and family sports, experience the tropics at the Felinwynt Rain Forest Centre (free flying tropical butterflies) or visit New Quay Honey Farm and watch the busy bees! Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park is a great family day out - seals, harbour porpoises, sea birds, choughs, skylarks and lots of friendly farm animals.

Cardigan - a small thriving market town full of Georgian and Victorian buildings, traditional shops, pubs, restaurants, a theatre and cinema.
