  • This breathtaking view is from every room of this 17th century solid and comfortably furnished former farmhouse. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining room onto a terrace and garden with a Gazebo overlooking a wild area, home to lots of wildlife - foxes, rabbits, badgers, birds and the resident family of pheasants who strut across the lawn are a delight.

  • There are lovely walks from your door and South Pembrokeshire’ s glorious beaches are all nearby- Amroth, Wisemans Bridge, Saundersfoot and the Jewel of Pembrokeshire, Victorian Tenby.

  • Amroth is a small seaside village with cafes, pubs, gift shops and Wisemans Bridge with its beachside pub serving wonderful Whitby scampi. Pretty, bustling Saundersfoot has 3 lovely beaches, harbour, shops, pubs, gallery, wonderful old fashioned sweet shop, ‘ Chobbles’ , good sea food restaurants, gifts and kyak hire from ‘ Walk on Water’ .
  • Away from the sea Colby Gardens (N.T.) is in a tranquil, secluded valley. This beautiful woodland garden has a fantastic collection of rhododendrons and peaceful woodland walks. The Bothy Tea Room and Restaurant serves mouth-watering home made food and the National Trust Gift Shop with Gallery has lots of Pembrokeshire arts and crafts for sale.

    2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 5, plus cot.  1 double and 1 twin with pull out ‘truckle’bed (3’) both on 1st floor.
    Bedlinen provided.
    Bathroom on ground floor (off kitchen) with toilet, washbasin and shower over bath.
    Kitchen fitted kitchen with double oven electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and larder fridge.
    Utility Room with washing machine and freezer. Plus ample cloakroom space.
    Dining Room table and chairs seating 6, highchair, antique Welsh Dresser,  Rayburn, radio/cd player, 2 armchairs and patio doors to terrace and garden.
    Lounge 2 x 3 seater leather sofas, open fire (logs/coal) or electric coal effect fire,  Freeview tv/dvd with surround sound, patio doors to terrace and garden.
    Fuel oil for Rayburn and central heating, and logs/coal for open fire inclusive May – September, £35 per week outside these dates.
    Grounds large unenclosed sloping lawn with Gazebo and wild area, with sea view.
    Garden furniture barbecue and established shrubs.
    Parking for 2 cars
    Sorry no pets – the local wildlife would bevery upset!
