There are glimpses of the sea across rooftops from the sitting room of this modern bungalow which is furnished throughout in a contemporary style – a well equipped, comfortable home for a holiday in all seasons . A 5 minute walk takes you to Saundersfoot’s picturesque harbour, a variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and 3 glorious beaches – Saundersfoot, Coppet Hall and The Glen. At low tide you can stroll across golden sands to the small village of Amroth with its Blue Flag beach and secluded Monkstone Point Beach.
Things to see and do
There are lots of activities for all the family to enjoy close by – sailing, fishing, boat trips, beach games, kite flying, cycling (bikes can be hired in Tenby) and walking – approximately 100 yds away is a forest walk and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path begins at nearby Amroth A visit to Victorian Tenby is a must – a boat trip to the monk’s island of Caldey during the summer months is a real treat and garden lovers should not miss Colby Woodland Gardens (N.T.), particularly beautiful in early summer. For family days out there is Manor House Leisure Park, Folly Farm Park, Heatherton Sports Park and Oakwood Park, all within a 5 mile drive of this Saundersfoot holiday bungalow.

3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 plus cot. Master en-suite (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet) with double bed, tv/dvd, 1 double and 1 twin.
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom with corner bath, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen fitted kitchen with split level cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
Lounge/Dining Room spacious room with comfortable seating for 6, tv/dvd picture window with glimpses of the sea. Dining table seating 6. Patio doors to small conservatory;
Conservatory 2 wicker chairs, coffee table.
Fuel gas central heating inclusive May - September, £25 per week outside these dates.
Grounds front raised lawn, rear terraced garden and patio on 3 levels – 4 steps to patio with patio table and chairs, 5 steps to lawn and 9 steps to large decked area at rear with patio table and chairs. Please note the front door is approached via a steep, sloping drive.
Parking for 2 cars, plus on road parking.
